    Since 1998, my focus as an expert witness is in human resources (HR) and workplace security. I have testified as an expert in federal and superior court on issues related to background checks, negligent hiring, negligent supervision, and security failures. I am internationally known as an author, keynote speaker, and trainer on workplace violence, school violence, and domestic violence prevention. I hold a doctorate in Business Administration, an MA in Security Management, a BS in Psychology, and a BA in English.   • Dr. Russo combines a law enforcement career spanning four decades with research based solutions to public safety issues. His research has focused on emerging technology and law enforcement applications, including the exploration of the use of automatic vehicle locators in efforts to improve response time to calls for service, computer solutions to assist the law enforcement function and the utilization of unmanned flight systems in public safety applications. In addition to technology based research, Dr. Russo has explored post-traumatic stress disorder (PSTD) related issues as well as organizational management and resource utilization. Dr. Russo instructed for many years in law enforcement and corrections academies as well as instructing advanced and specialized training courses for those audiences. He held advanced instructor certifications in firearms, defensive tactics, driving, TASER, and speed measurement devices. Dr. Russo is presently engaged in several research projects ranging from PTSD related research to human trafficking to use of force to data utilization by public safety. Dr. Russo has several authored articles and book contributions being released over the next few years in addition to multiple conference presentations and panel participations planned for the immediate future.

Her expertise and opinions come from over 30 years as a practitioner, owner, coach, consultant, educator and client in the spa and massage industries. An advocate for the massage and spa industries, Felicia will do her best to serve each case fairly by being curious and thorough in her analysis. She strives to provide direct and thoughtful consultation, opinions and/or testimony for each case. Since 2015, Felicia has served as an testifying expert witness or non-testifying expert consultant on more than 115 legal cases involving the massage and spa industries. Working on Plaintiff and Defense cases, she reviews and provides consultation for matters including but not limited to: depositions, case materials, testimony, standard business practices, and standards of care and conducts research related to the cases.
