    My name is Dr. Andrew Moreo. I spent the better part of 30 years working in various aspects of the hospitality and food industries including restaurants, cafes, a bed and breakfast, and a retreat center. During this time my duties included working in and overseeing kitchens, working in the dining room in the service aspects, managing banquet operations, overseeing beverage programs, purchasing, receiving, inventory, etc. I have worked in nearly every aspect of the commercial food and beverage industry.
