Robert Gezelter Ph.D.

Dr. Gezelter has consulted on litigation matters involving Computer Science and Information Technology for 38 years. Cases he has consulted on both civil and criminal cases involving computer systems and computerized data. He has testified before state courts, US District Courts, the International Trade Commission, and private arbitration panels. Dr. Gezelter also holds a DFCP from the Digital Forensics Certification Board. His non-litigation technical consulting practice focuses on technical matters including operating systems, networks, APIs, libraries, security, performance, algorithms, and related matters. He has published numerous articles and spoken nationally and internationally. He is a Life Senior member of IEEE and the IEEE Computer Society named him a Charter Distinguished Contributor in 2021. He is also the inventor or co-inventor on multiple patents relating to computing and IT.
