Matthew Myers MS, MPA

As an expert witness and consultant, Matt offers a unique combination of scientific education and field law enforcement experience to the litigation of drug / alcohol-induced human performance impairment. His perspectives integrate practical experience from hands-on evaluation of impaired subjects in live forensic evaluations and controlled training workshops, as well as mechanistic understanding of drug intoxication from the field of clinical toxicology. In addition to his work in civil litigation support and law enforcement, Matt contributes regularly to advisory and consensus bodies in the fields of sobriety testing, forensic toxicology, and highway safety.
